2004 & 2005- Continued to race full time at the Slinger Speedway in the Midwest Sportsman
2006- Moved on to compete full time in the Mid-American traveling series
2007- Scored a feature win at the Rockford Speedway opener and claimed four heat wins to finish 11th in points

The #93 Obermeyer Motorsports Monte Carlo is owned and driven by Dave Obermeyer of Slinger, WI.  Dave was born on January 26, 1982, is engaged to Katie Kostka, and employed by Obermeyer’s “41” Auto Body. Working at his dad’s shop since he was 4 years old, Dave has excelled at many different aspects of his job.

When Dave turned 16, he started crewing for a Slinger Late Model team of Scott Schoeni for about 3 years. Owning and driving for himself for now eight years, Dave has obtained the knowledge and skills needed to succeed into his 2008 season.
